Training and Communication We train using a mixture of Operant Conditioning and positive reinforcement, using only body language and reward loss as aversives. We do not use physical punishment. This form of training is only counterproductive and it will not produce a better product than positive reinforcement and operant conditioning. Once you better understand what your dog is communicating to you, you can better evaluate and address any issues you have with insight. That same line of communication will allow you the avenue to better communicate with your dog which behaviors are acceptable and approved in your household.
